If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us at 915-771-6601 or hmartuniforms@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Custom work — embroidered names, custom PVC patches, sewn patches, hemming — is final sale because it’s made for you.
